Free self-serve tier

If your POS isn't already supported, or you'd rather do the integration yourself, you can connect it to E-FACTS for free up to 5,000 receipts a month.

What's included

• The receipt ingest API and signed webhooks
• Native adapters for Square, Clover and Stripe, and the generic JSON adapter for everything else
• Digital receipts in the shopper wallet, with warranty timers, returns and recall alerts attached
• Email support at info@efacts.ca

What counts as a receipt

One completed POS transaction accepted by the ingest endpoint (202). Requests rejected for a bad signature (401) are not counted.

Going past 5,000 a month

When a retailer regularly sends more than 5,000 receipts a month, the integration moves to a managed plan: we scope and run the rollout with you (multi-location mapping, shadow-mode testing, SLA and security review). Talk to us before you expect to cross the limit.

Open-source integrations

We plan to publish SDKs and reference POS integrations as open repositories, so you can start from working code. They'll be linked here once released.
